Digital Marketing Audit

If your marketing feels busy but not particularly effective, our full digital marketing audit is designed to provide you with clarity and a clear roadmap.

Most businesses come to us knowing something isn’t quite right. They’re investing time and money across different channels, but results feel inconsistent. Leads are unpredictable; sales fluctuate, and even when they’re profitable, they don’t know where to invest in scaling.

Our Full Digital Marketing Audit gives you a clear, honest view of your entire digital setup. It’s a hands-on, strategic review carried out manually, not an automated report or checklist.

Who this audit is for

This audit is designed for businesses that want clarity, confidence and an unbiased view of their digital marketing performance.

Businesses that don’t feel confident about what’s driving results

If you’re investing in marketing but aren’t fully sure what’s actually generating leads or sales, this audit will help you separate what’s working from what’s simply creating noise. It’s particularly useful if reports look “fine” on the surface, but results don’t quite stack up.

Businesses working with multiple agencies or suppliers

If SEO, paid ads, social and your website are being handled by different people, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. This audit provides an independent, joined-up view of how everything is working together, highlighting gaps, overlaps and inefficiencies without bias.

Businesses without an in-house digital marketing team

If you don’t have a dedicated digital marketer internally, this audit gives you experienced, independent insight without the commitment of hiring. It’s a way to sense-check decisions, priorities and spend, and get clear guidance on what to focus on next.

Businesses that want to scale but aren’t sure where to start

If growth is the goal but you’re unsure which channel to prioritise, where to invest budget, or what needs fixing first, this audit gives you a clear, structured roadmap rather than guesswork.

Businesses that have seen performance drop and don’t know why

If leads, sales or engagement have dipped and the cause isn’t obvious, this audit helps identify what’s changed, what’s broken, and where performance may be leaking.

What the audit covers

This is a full, cross-channel audit that looks at how your digital marketing performs as a system, not in silos.

We review your website and conversion journey, assessing how clearly you communicate your value, how easy it is for users to take action, and where friction or trust issues may be holding performance back. This includes a review of key pages, mobile usability and overall site performance.

We then assess your SEO and organic visibility, covering technical fundamentals, on-page optimisation, content quality and search intent alignment. The aim is to understand where visibility is being limited and where opportunities are being missed.

If you’re running paid advertising, we review your active platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn. This includes account structure, targeting, budget allocation and whether conversion tracking is working as it should.

We also review your tracking and data setup, including GA4 configuration, conversion tracking and attribution. This helps identify whether the data you’re using to make decisions is reliable, and where reporting blind spots or inconsistencies may exist.

Finally, we look at content and brand consistency, reviewing how your messaging appears across channels and where trust and authority could be strengthened.

Area reviewed What we look at
Website & conversion journey Messaging clarity, value proposition, user journeys, calls to action, trust signals, mobile experience and page performance
SEO & organic visibility Technical SEO foundations, on-page optimisation, content quality, search intent alignment, internal linking and visibility gaps
Paid advertising Active ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn, including structure, targeting, budget allocation and conversion tracking
Tracking & data GA4 setup, conversion tracking, attribution limitations and whether your reporting supports confident decision-making
Content & brand consistency Effectiveness of existing content, clarity of messaging across channels and opportunities to strengthen trust and authority

How it works

What makes this audit different

We don’t look at individual channels in isolation. We focus on how your digital marketing works together and what impact it’s having on your business.

We’re honest about what’s working and what isn’t, and we explain our recommendations clearly, without unnecessary technical language. If something is performing well, we’ll say so. If something is wasting time or money, we’ll flag it.

What this audit is not

This isn’t an automated tool export, a templated checklist or a sales pitch disguised as an audit. It’s a proper strategic assessment designed to help you make confident, informed marketing decisions.

What happens after the audit?

There’s no obligation to work with us afterwards.

Some clients implement the recommendations internally. Others use the audit to brief their existing agency, or ask us to support implementation or ongoing management. We’ll recommend the most appropriate next step based on your situation, not what suits us.
