Case study: Content Marketing - IMMO

IMMO is an innovative new property platform designed to take the stress out of property sales. By allowing home owners to sell their home directly to  IMMO, the platform is set to revolutionise the UK property market by offering a great alternative to traditional estate agency.

IMMO had a great deal of important content that needed to be imparted to potential sellers. As the company was offering a brand new service, the challenge was to explain the house selling process while still ensuring that the content is engaging a made to convert potential valuations into sales. 

The Work

The Small Biz Expert worked with IMMO to come up with a suite of content for a varied range of
platforms including the IMMO website, email campaigns, Google adverts and offline
communications.

The Small Biz Expert’s property marketing team collaborated with the IMMO team to coin key
phrases, explain the conveyancing process, and to encourage potential sellers to use IMMO’s simple property selling proposition.

The Results

IMMO launched it’s website in the summer of 2018, with a full and ready suite of content which resulted in immediate interest in the service.
